I had taken these points from spice jet magazine..I hope will be beneficial for our students. 1.Never disturb your sleep cycle. 2.Power nap of even 6 minutes produces measurable improvement in memory recall. 3.Power nap can reverse the information overload that we feel in todays stress scenario. 4.Power nap of less than 30 mins is said to restore wakefulness by giving your eyes the much needed rest. 5.Power nap of less than 30 mins approximately eight hours after you have woken up will do more for your stamina than sleeping for another 30 mins in the morning. 6.Ideal time for nap is 1-4 pm.
