It started with Brightwater Parkrun, where I was the winning female in a field of 68 runners (after going the wrong way and having to back track and ask for directions twice lol), then Kawana Farmers markets where I ran into some friends, then Body Balance, and this afternoon I rode to work to teach yoga in the strongest winds ever! My bike and I nearly got blown over a few times! 28 K round trip, with the 14kms home pushing into a hard head wind, but with a beautiful sunset and I got to see the changing colours of the sky at dusk with some beautiful mauve clouds. It was magical and I loved the fresh air and the sunshine!
