I had the great fortune to work with so many journalists at the newspaper who, I felt, became a part of the states history through the sustained excellence of their work. Now on the television side I feel the same way. One such example is Kenny Bradley, chief photographer at WDRB, who is retiring today. Kenny actually shot a weeks worth of features my dad did for WDRB for sweeps years and years ago, and he was there running the camera and satellite truck the first time I did live shots for TV a couple of years back. (He also donated his farm for some historic promos we shot for WDRB Sports in my first year at the station.) Anyway, please take time to read this story, and check out the video.
