I had the honor of attending a ceremony honoring the last two graduates of Monticello Independent School. These two young people had worked very hard to earn enough credits to graduate as juniors and as Trojans! The last official graduate, McKayla DeNae Jones, cried when she realized the gravity of distinction. I cried with her. McKayla you are a beautiful, intelligent and kind young woman, very much like I remember your mom in college. You have done well McKayla and I am very proud of you! Second best part of tonight, Adrienne Brooke Coffey was given a bird greeting! She got pooped on by a bird after the ceremony. Third best moment, Adam Brett Coffey picking up his dip can where he left it. Last great moment - I rolled my finger up in the window!
