I had the most amazing day today. I spent the whole day with my first born grandchild,Annalee Johnston . She turned 10 today! I could not help but to shed a few tears as I watched her walk around and talk my ears off. I found myself thinking about the morning she was born. I was lucky enough to get to be in the delivery room and watch that little bundle of joy come into this world. She was the most beautiful baby I had ever laid my eyes on. At that particular moment it seemed like my life was just beginning. I had never felt that kind of love that I felt at that moment(until I was blessed with 5 more-that started coming like stair steps, then I felt that same love all over again, each and every time). I cherish the time that I get to spend with each of them, but on their birthday it is all about the birthday child and today was Annalees day.Oh how I love that child.(We shopped til we dropped). Hope you had as much fun as YaYa did!
