I had the nicest visit this afternoon with my brother and SIL. Love when people stop by just to chit-chat - makes my days brighter. Of course, she had to come bearing gifts. Brought me a bag for me to take my stuff to chemo. It has a sock monkey on it and says Chemo cant keep me down. Plus a rubber duckie with the breast cancer ribbon on it and a beautiful ceramic fairy named hope, from the Magic Hope collection. I feel so loved! So now I have those things to take to chemo with me, plus my little bear from my son that says I love you Mom, and a coin that I gave him many years ago and he has now given back to me that says This too shall pass. They will all have a permanent place in my chemo bag, and with love like that around me how can anything bad happen!
