I had the pleasure to connect with Ryan and spend time chatting with him and interviewing him about his recovery from his addiction demons and how yoga has been an integral part of his path. We kept in touch. I found his path so interesting because I manage 2 detox units in NS and also teach yoga in the evening. The two areas seem to go hand in hand so that we may connect with our true spirit of healers. Ryan was a healer. I specialise in yoga photography art, so Ryan and I did some shooting. How invaluable would those pictures become for those that knew him. Below is a video I created of some of the captures that day. He had much work to do and this was much too early. Love Life was his mantra. How prophetic. If ever the word Namaste resonated in deafening silence....it is now, in this moment. I honor the place in you in which the entire Universe dwells, I honor the place in you which is of Love, of Integrity, of Wisdom and of Peace. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, we are One. Namaste Yoga Brother, fear no more, for you will never use again.
