I had the privilege of being interviewed by Janelle of Fearless Visibility yesterday! In our discussion I share what helped me move from painfully shy to retreat leading and public speaking! Sometimes putting yourself out there is scary or even messy! It doesnt have to be perfect. You just have to do it! At the beginning of my interview I felt distracted by technology glitches and yet was able to fully recover due to all the deep work I have done cultivating these techniques!
