I had to get rid of the old life because it was too small for me. I had outgrown it. I was staying safe. Small, standard L.A. condo. Small career (well, to me anyway). Small, repetitive, habitual thinking. I had to clear out the old to make room for the new. I knew that my new (ha ha) is so glorious that I needed to make as much room as I could. So I got rid of as much as I could stomach. I said to my China, Is this enough room for you? Is this enough space to be more? Yes, ahhhh, YES! We are always more. Its just that sometimes, our lives are already cluttered with things that no longer serve us. That has to be cleared. Then more has space and room to breathe.
