I had to let two friends go yesterday that I have felt were among the best. Pained me to do that. The problem was that they opposed to exposing False Teachers and that we were called to love them. One told of how they had been led deeper into Christ by one of the False Teachers. They told of How they could relate to the teacher because they too had been abused like the Teacher had. I am sorry for the abuse anyone has experienced. I am also sure that an abused person can easily find common ground with another but two abused people walking down a path of false teaching does not help either. My Daddy whipped me to the point of Abuse. I came to the conclusion that something had to change in the cycle and God set both of us free from the cycle. it did not take anyone other than God to change that and remove it from the enemys camp. A false teacher could not help anything even if they had understood abuse. What helps us all is sound Biblical teaching.
