I had to make a difficult decision yesterday and tell someone that I didnt think I could work with them as part of our Herbalife team. What I love most about our company is the ability to give people a second chance, both from a healthy active lifestyle and financial perspective, BUT you have to have the desire to make a positive impact on others, not just yourself. You have to be willing to ask questions (including what the company does and its name) to make an informed decision rather than hearing about potential financial rewards and letting that be your only driver. When I told them this it was clear I made the right decision. I genuinely wish this person every luck in finding the right opportunity but Herbalife is the goose that has laid more golden eggs than any other and we need to protect the goose so that it keeps on laying. Be wary of short term gains that may hurt you in the long term. Remember, we have something of incredible value to offer. Please dont cheapen it. #builditbetter #herbalife #teamextreme
