I had to make a video for Egmont Publishing, my German publisher, to promote the release of Making Faces in Germany next week. The German title is Vor Uns Das Leben, Before us, life. I had a German friend write me a German script and record it so I could practice . Needless to say, it was hysterical, and there was no way I could even get half of it out. All I could say was Hallo, ich bin Amy Harmon.....and thats when it all went to crap. Ill share the English video eventually...but darn. I wish I had language skills. BTW.....I am so excited about Germans reading my book, I just want to climb in my bed, pull the covers over my head, and giggle.
