I had to post and tell you about my journey so far with Hotbod Fitness. I have been on Christys meal plan faithfully for the last two weeks - and havent even had a cheat meal! I portion everything (which was a problem for me before) and eat six smaller meals everyday. I am not even hungry by supper! I have been doing 30 minute workouts every day at home and stepped on the scale this morning to find i am down 4lbs!! May not sound like a lot, but i have a petite stature and its a ton off my body. I have been been able to lose weight before but now this is the proper way to do it!! Being an athlete my entire life before kids it was easy to keep it off, but now with work and a child its really hard to do it properly...but this has been awesome! I feel better, have more energy and I am not indulging in filler foods. ~Candice Pollock, Hastings ON
