I had to re-think some things, get back to being 100% me, and standing on my principles no matter what the outcome. Had a talk on the phone with the prosecutor this morning in which she basically said that in Rogers City, Michigan they dont care what the U.S. Constitution says, they do what they want to do. Im cool with that now. I should have been taking it this personal from the beginning instead of thinking common sense would be factored into the equation. The gloves are all the way off now. We can get it in and get as down and dirty as we have to get. They will probably railroad me, but I will be rumbling standing on my feet. Nothing or NOBODY will ever make me live on my knees. I will never say my name is Toby. I can handle whatever is thrown at me...but can yall?
