I had to read this a couple dozen times to make sure it was exactly what I wanted to say and convey. You may need to read it a couple times to actually absorb it unless you are, of course, and many of you are, exceptional. At your leisure :) Many blessings to you. Its an amazing experience to be heard AND understood. The seed of my soul was in danger of moving from dormant to rotting. I have found well tilled and fertile soil through which to sprout. The life that has been gifted to me begins to blossom once again. I was nearly to the point of forgetting the power of true friends with whom I dont need to contest for air time. I have been an amazing friend to myself, but that seems to have its limits. To enjoy the lack of anticipation of an emotional outburst from those I communicate with is at the very least, refreshing. I dont just need people, I need people with souls that vibrate in harmony with mine. I have been a hopeless optimist in my belief that I could foster that in another. Apparently I just dont have the skills for that - at least with some individuals... even some who have shown promise but hope, once again, proved to be the enemy as it blinded me to this truth. So I was thinking that perhaps its just my jaded perspective and perception and I hung around and around and around ad infinitum all the while denying others who actually have the capacity to embrace my joy. Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind... I am now done with casting my perils before swine as they say. My substance will now be employed buy those it nourishes in the deepest sense. No longer will I trifle with the shallow and self-absorbed. No longer will my presence be used to allow another to delude themselves that it endorses their anti-social behavior. It is yet another proof that that actions speak louder than words. To remain in the presence of another who address you as some one you are not is to implicitly agree you are the person they see regardless of any communication from you to the contrary.
