I had to share this because it is so important that people are educated on the dangers of what you expose your children to. I have a family that I midwife to. While she was pregnant with her second child at one of her prenatals she mentioned to me that her two year old daughter bled once a month like a period and had done it since just a few months of age. She also mentioned that she was now growing pubic hair. I called the pediatrician immediately and he got her in right away and within a week she was seeing a specialist. Of course the first thought was a tumor on the pituitary gland. After lots of testing they couldnt find a source so they began to investigate their diet. They found the source to be growth hormones in the eggs and chicken that they were consuming. The family had been consuming lots of eggs from a near by commercial chicken barn her entire life even while she was in utero. The hormones that were being fed to the chickens and passed to the eggs have caused this small child to begin her cycles as an infant and could possibly render her sterile by the normal age of puberty. She could potentially have lots of other health problems as well. Im sharing this story because its real and the government doesnt care. Most of the farmers do not care. Its time that we as a society do.
