I had to take Hunter to Womens & Childrens for lab work this evening. His home health nurse was supposed to do them Sunday morning, so they can make sure his liver counts are down for chemo. Dr. Weise said it had to be done today, because Sunday would be too late. He faxed an order and Matthew, Trenton and I took him. Brentlee went home with Stacy last night. He decided not to stay. I did some sewing when we got back. Hunter had 2 patches he wanted me to sew on his coat and I got him a couple pair of camo pants at Kmart. One pair of them didnt have belt loops, so I made some for them, and added extra pockets of coarse. He has about 20 pounds of gear he carries, and he needs a lot of pockets. He carries binoculars, flashlights, key rings that are full of keys, hand cuffs, and numerous other items. He has to go back tomorrow evening. Im going to miss him. Hes having some problems with allergies. Ive been giving him Benadryl, using the nebulizer on him, giving him cough syrup and he has saline for his nose. He got hoarse last night and was really hoarse when he got up this morning. Hes starting to sound better.
