I had wanted to run a story on skimming of credit and debit cards, since one of my local facebook contacts believes she has been skimmed, and it appears she might very well have been. If you pay at the pump you could be vulnerable to this kind of attack. This is a real threat. Since I will not have a story on Livestock Show results Thursdays news will include a story on skimming. I was concerned enough that I checked my credit and debit cards for transactions that werent mine. So far all looks good. Take this threat seriously. You may not know you have been hit until your financial institution contacts you (if they catch it) or until you find yourself with no money in your account or credit limit. There are some good websites out there that have information on this particular threat to your money. I will try to link to one or more of the better ones.
