I had written in a thread that the Iranian women are the most beautiful in the world. And they are closely followed by East European and West Asian women. In Iran, from my experience I can say, there is a huge restriction on the women. They have to cover their hair with a scarf whenever theyll come out of the house ! And wear a overcoat type dress, socks & shoes, so that their ankles are not visible ! I had the opportunity to see them indoor, a lot of them, because my host was a Lebanese industrialist, and every evening there used to be party in his house. A lot of booze and dancing, which was very much restricted outside of his boundary wall ! If a woman was caught without a scarf covering her hair, she will be administered eighty ( 80 ) lashes, and if she survives, then theyll put her in front of a judge. If she cant give a strong justification of her behavior, shell be hanged ! Unbelievable, isnt it ? But I was told by Fatima, an Iranian lady herself. She had been in Delhi and hence was very friendly with me ! Her husband works in the foreign ministry ! A lot of Iranian students are also in Delhi !
