I hadnt posted much or really nothing at all in the last month due to health issues. Had a lot to grip and understand. Had a lot of unexplained pain that pain meds wouldnt touch. A CAT scan was ordered n found out news I really wasnt ready for. Outpatient surgery yesterday hopefully has helped with some of the pain. Seeing oncologist Tuesday to determine what we will do next. The scan showed a large mass around left kidney, identical to the one on the right, this was causing the most pain and hopefully is corrected with surgery yesterday. Two lesions on my liver n in left lung with increase of two masses in abdomen/groin area. My first reaction was of course Why. Looks like as much chemo that has been pumped into me that nothing could possibly grow.....then I decided Why not when I see so many people suffering with cancer. Cancer is not prejudice on who it attacks. Young, old, white or black...it doesnt care. But I am so thankful that I have God who I knows has this and His plan for my life includes this journey. Without Him I know I could not make it n I thank Him every day...minute...and second He is giving me on this earth to be with my family. So tonight please when you pray ask for God to be with all cancer patients. Sorry I havent been open about this but I just couldnt find the words. And this post may be jumbled but so are my thoughts. Please pray for all cancer patients especially Emma n Morgan.
