I hail from a state where a handful of religious fundamentalists, self appointed morality brigade members and anti-socials are free to unleash violence against a peaceful protest while the protesters are arrested. This is a night mare, and this society have long been kept hostage by them. The demand to respect traditions by criminals who cannot respect law and individual freedom is a dark joke. The grand alliance of the fundamentalists belonging to Hindu and Muslim hues was a sight to watch. It is time for the people who were sitting on the fences to take a stand. What do you choose- a society controlled by criminals or one where individual freedom and human rights are respected? Remember, this is not about a bunch of protesters who dared to publicly express their love, but about all of us; how we live, whom we love, how we express it and basic human dignity. Congrats Kiss Of Love. Your initiative will have a permanent place in the history of this state and nation.
