I hardly ever post anything on Facebook, I usually just laugh at the ridiculousness and keep it moving but I feel the time is right to share something with everyone because I know someone is going thru what my family and I went thru in 2014. I know many of you are going to be making New Years resolutions but first ask yourself what are YOU going to do differently to make sure YOU actually change. Long story short, 2014 was a rough year for us.....mentally, physically, emotionally, financially....you name it we felt it and being honest majority of the issues came from ME being overweight. NOW I am down over 30lbs, I look and feel better and have more energy than I have had in a long time. I am looking forward to the blessings my family and I have coming to us in 2015.
