I hate people! Just got this from the rescue coordinator at our shelter: Hi, John & Teri We had an owner sign in an 11 year old liver & white S/F German Shorthair today. They said she was “VERY lazy, didn’t want to move around, and wasn’t eating well”. I went to see her over in the vet office and they said she wolfed down a can of Kal Kan no problem. She was standing up and barking, no problem. She is very sweet and friendly. She looks purebred, short tail, head not the best conformation, liver coloration is a good pattern, but very dark (almost black). If you’d like to stop by and check her out, she’s in Pen 200 in the intensive care in the V.O. right now. I think they are just going to look her over. If nothing is wrong they will move her outside. For right now she is not visible to the public, but you can ask the front counter to be escorted in to see her. If you ask for her by A number, they can also let you know if she has been moved. Ill be visiting her tonight
