I hate running. Like LOATHE it but Ive been pushing myself to run since January because I want to have better endurance while skating. I started out on January 16th with the C25K program. If you would have told me that I would be running 3 miles in 36 minutes (its the little victories) three months later, I would have called bullshit but today I did it. I ran for 36 consecutive minutes without falling to my death and being pummeled by the treadmill. Mind you, Ive had breaks in between and Ive ran the 3 miles but not without stopping. HELL TO THE YES! My ass has definitely tightened up in this process. BONUS!
