I hate to do this but since it wasnt handled well Im sharing... My family and I ate at Hadleys last Wednesday and had a GREAT experience so tonight we decided to order Togo from there. Got home with our food and found my kids chicken tenders, Mac&cheese, and my dressing for my salad was missing. (Yes its partly my fault for not checking the bag before leaving) Called the Manger/Owner told him the situation. He said come back and he will see what he could do. Get there and was treated like I was lying about my order. He swore he put the items in the bag. He even went as far as getting input from his employees that the items were in the bag. So in short was calling me a liar! He replaced the salad dressing and salad which was VERY skimpy for a $10 salad along with the Mac/cheese. BUT would not replace the chicken tenders. Said hes not replacing them and that we could buy three more for $1.50/each because he says they were in the bag! Why on earth would I lie about 3 chicken tenders and why would you treat your customer like a liar?? So now my kid doesnt have any dinner at this point and we have to stop and get him dinner elsewhere. So we WILL NOT be back! If you continue to treat customers like this you wont be in business long. I had high hopes for this place but now I will take my business elsewhere.
