I hate to post this and it will probably be removed before anyone sees it. I made a complaint about my club and how I felt they turned their back on a fellow member who was going through a hard time. Cancer. Well it stirred a couple of higher ups and they promised to at the very least to call this member. That was in April. To this day that call has not been made. So I decided to try something. At the April meeting I paid my dues through August but didnt attend a meeting. Not one phone call,not one inquiry, nor any form of communication to see if I was ok. Glad to say I am but Shame Shame on The Fielddale club! I came into this group with high expectations and am left with a very bitter taste in my mouth. I hope the Fielddale Ruritans are NOT an example of what I thought was a great organization. I know not all clubs are like this,at least I hope not. Im done and Im sure I will be banned from this page but the truth needs to be heard. To those of you that do the great job I know you do,thank you.
