I have 12 maple hard wood treads for sale. Brand new in packaging however packaging was opened and risers removed. Risers are not included. These retails for about $40 each and risers retail for $8 each. Asking $300 total which is a steal at $25 each. My husband is a contractor and bought these with the intention of using the for our basement renovation but weve decided to go with carpet instead. They are in perfect condition, not warped or damaged at all. Pick up in NE Edmonton. No holds. Cross posted.
