I have 2013 Ford Fiesta SE with almost 19,000 miles on it. I have been into the local Ford dealership for multiple times due to noise coming from my engine. I have been told this is normal. The grinding/scratching noise is there throughout the video. If you dont know what I am talking about wear headphones and listen from 0:17-0:21. Is this seriously normal? I bought the car brand new from Ford Dealership. Nobody would want to buy a car if its making this kind of noise from the engine.
