I have 22 month old b/g twins who have always been FANTASTIC sleepers. For the last month, ny son has slowly regressed to needing to be comforted to go to sleep, having repeated wakings throughout the night, waking for the day extra early, and even having trouble napping or not napping at all. It feels like the Twilight Zone. His sister is in a separate room down then hall, but he still disrupts her sleep occasionally. Im not sure how to help him get back to normal while still preserving her sleep as well. Any advice or suggested resources to consult?
