I have 3 important anniversaries with Brian Chambers-the day we met, November 8, 1997, the day we got married, May 25, 2002, and the day we decided to commit to each other and make a real go of it, April 19, 1999. I can remember that day so clearly and will never forget how Brian put what we were to each other into words. Today is just one of those special days that makes me smile. Especially knowing what I gained in terms of a real family just by taking a chance with that crazy long haired guy who talks with his hands.
