I have 6 month old twins and two older children as well. We live about 3 hours from the closest family member, and none of them really make an effort to visit. But what bothers me the most are the grandparents that never come. I practically beg them, mainly because our children will ask, and I always get the Im busy excuse. Its quite frustrating. I see the lengths that some grandparents will go to in order to be involved in their children and grandchildrens lives. Any tips on how to deal with it? Im overwhelmed and feel resentful most days because they dont even call/text to check on us or the kids. Maybe I should just let it go. :( Anonymous Mum
