I have SO much love for my kick-ass Sunday (early!) morning yogis. This is a special group who will always be near and dear to my heart. This class was my very first class in the big room at Yoga Nanda. It was in this class where I connected with so many students, learned from them, and grew with them. Sadly, tomorrow (11/16) will be my LAST 8am Sunday morning class. Dont worry you are in good hands - Laura Fornaro(!!) will be taking it over. I was actually just filling in for her while she was filling in for Renatas Sunday beginner class. Now the schedule is going back to where it used to be. I hope to see you tomorrow for a special class. And this isnt goodbye! Youll still see plenty of me at the studio!!
