I have a 50 mile run in a week and am training for a 100 miler in February and I need some advice. Last week was my heaviest training week so far with 92 miles and my knee started acting up yesterday. Im still able to run but have to stop and stretch every couple of miles. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? Im supposed to do 82 miles this week should I lower it or try and complete it? I have been running with my knees and Achilles tendon taped with the kinesio tape.
