I have a BIG evening. I sincerely ask for Prayers and Positive thoughts.... Coupla weeks ago, I got sent an invitation to a major Celebrity Black-tie Gala event. Of course, I tripped a bit when I was told...this yearly Hollywood Gala was about the Celebrities, politicians and business owners who are highly involved in giving-back to their communities. The, Cream-of-th-crop...so to speak. Realizing the honor of being able to network amongst such dignitaries is an opportunity Ive prayed for all my career. Now that I have this film,indeed it is the perfect opportunity to have the right person take it to all the right places. Welp, the kicker was...although this is a prestigious/invite-only event...it cost several hundred dollars to attend. I aint never lied...Im a true poor artist...I am blessed to make a decent living, but, no such things as extra money in my world. So, I prayed and meditated for several days and I finally responded to my friend, who invited me...I cant spend the money, although I know being there is an investment. He responded with, My wife and I are buying your ticket...you need to be there. I write this without details (for now) I wouldnt want to embarrass him or his wife...to him and everyone who has believed in me and encouraged me on this continous journey, Thanks, is an understatement!
