I have a Clavinova that I bought when my ex an I first got to Germany. I justified it by explaining the price discount.. (I had been selling them for more than half my life at that point) and Ive drug it across the globe since then. At one point I sold it to someone who returned it a year later.... there was drama... and I was THRILLED to get it back. full keyboard, touch sensitive, velocity sensitive.... and I know its the closest things I can get to an expressive Wood piano.... I see videos like this and I know I love to play..... I love when a group of people join in on a simple song and make it complex. Now that Im downsizing? It will be a hard choice to make. I remember a former friend of mine saying I can only ask one thing.... you need to play and sing that at my fathers funeral. Im no longer in contact with her but I honor that memory. Music is really something that ties us together. If youre angry? blast the stereo. If youre sad? blast the stereo And if you need Arlington re-tempo-ed? let me know. (Maybe that will be this weekends goal. This is an amazing song when its a tad bit slower.)
