I have a Graco Snugride 35. DOM 2012/12/01. It was part of the buckle recall. Since installing the new buckle, the straps seem to be folding over making it impossible to tighten. Its like the straps are too wide for the new pieces I received. Should I call Graco or is this common? My thoughts are that any twist or folding in the straps is a bad thing. The photos are not in the car...the only way to get her to comply was to do it in front of the TV LOL! Thanks everyone!
