I have a PS4 controller that is messed up. The rubber is starting to rip on the joystick but an even bigger problem is that if you hold the joystick left, it will go northwest, so something is up with the joystick. Its not the game because it does this for all my games. Also when I click L3, it doesnt always register and will stop sprinting immediately. Question is how would I go about fixing this problem, since the PS4 was released around December, it should still be under warranty. I dont have the box/warranty papers anymore, just the controller itself.
