I have a Samsung Galaxy Note. While it has great features, it has basically been the most frustrating phone I have ever had. I have had two: My first one stopped receiving and sending texts TWO times. So it had to be master reset TWICE by ATT, and of course that makes you lost all your texts. Then when I got a new one (replacement), it had to be master reset for the same thing, PLUS it stopped accessing the internet. And now, I have to use speakerphone all the time because the regular phone mic stopped working. Its on permanent mute. And ATT says it has to be master reset AGAIN. Does anyone have any solutions other than a master reset? I have to use ATT because I am in the mountains and Verizon doesnt work here. ATT is the only carrier that works here.
