I have a challenge for all of you...Next time you are sitting at a dinner table or on the couch or standing anywhere, talking to a loved one, friend or even a stranger... Please notice something... do you AND/OR that person have a cell phone in their hand or in the immediate grabbing proximity? Well, put the cell phone down and away from your sight. Try to make it through a dinner or conversation without it! We are losing the ability to effectively communicate with each other. When I was kid we could sit and play games and talk for hours without any electronics. I always see people sitting at a table or talking to people (even in photos) and they are usually always looking down... If we keep looking down, we are going to miss the life that is happening right in front of us. Enjoy your loved ones in front of you, that facebook post or text will be there when you are done. And it should be without saying, this especially applies to people driving! Now go have a good weekend and enjoy the people around you, that is reality, not what is on your phone!
