I have a class every Friday morning that I have shown up to twice. Every Friday at 5:45am, I open my eyes, e-mail my absence report to my teacher and go back to sleep. Except for last week, when we wrote a midterm. I had lost my student card the day before, and I was told I needed it to get into my exam room. So I e-mailed the instructor to let him know Id lost my card. He allowed me to write the test, and I received a mark of 89%. Yes, 89%, even though Id only gone to class twice, and e-mails from me to him show as follows: Will be absent today. Will be absent today. Will be absent today. Lost my student card.
