I have a couple of people in my life that I have known for years and consider them true friends. I love both of them. I would NEVER hesitate to tell them if I saw them doing something that I knew they shouldnt be doing or taking them in the wrong direction. Especially if it was something that deep inside I knew later on they would regret. I would hope they would do the same for me. Stand with me as a friend but please....tell me if you see me going in a direction that I shouldnt be going. Dont go along with the program and even lie to me in order to not rock the boat. If thats what I want in a friend I probably have twenty or more willing to do that. Some of the philosophical, pretty comments that are shared on here sound good. I would rather have the truth told to me. Hey...if necessary, slap me and tell me to snap out of it.
