I have a dilemma. I was excused from fed. jury duty as we were out of town. Now there is a message on my ans. machine saying I have to call tomorrow after 5PM to see if I was chosen for Monday. Well these meatheads did not say my eligibility would resume Monday so I tossed the summons thinking they would send me a new one, just like what happens with county JD. Well the summons has the juror number so even if I call I have no number to enter and hey it will be Sunday so the court is closed. Oh well. Ill just call and see what I can do but I doubt there is nothing I can do except wait to get a nasty letter. :D
