I have a dilemma that I would like anyones suggestions. I just picked up a small, intact male Chihuahua who constantly roams our neighborhood with no collar/tags. I know he was returned several times but still they let him roam. I am waiting to speak with a neighbor who is aware of the situation who volunteers with BandAid rescue. She knows which house he lives in but I am at the point that I hate to return him to them. I know they have been lectured about neutering and such but nothing has changed. I cant keep him as I currently am fostering Champ with the injured leg and he needs to be kept separate from my other three. I also cant let him alone in my backyard as part of my fence is wrought iron and he is so skinny he can fit through it. He needs a home where he will be taken care of.
