I have a feeling Im going to be in the best shape of my life in about 1 month. To start, Im pleased to announce that Ill be #modeling, #surfing and shooting with Bahia CR #bikinis in Playa Grande, Costa Rica in about a month! So starting ASAP, Im going to join my co-workers (#youknowwhoyouare) in their Insanity #workout videos. THEN… I think Im going big and taking the #Surf_Lifeguard course with the #Royal #Lifesaving Society which starts in 2 months. Those of you who know me well, know that I have a background in #training lifeguards, etc, but this one required me to #swim 400m in 7.5 minutes. Any #Advice? …seeing as how I havent swam laps in years and theres no #pool here? eek!
