So between now and Christmas since Christmas day is the biggest day of the year for suicide, Im going to concentrate on the prevention. Im no expert thats for sure but a very short few days ago I had a friend take his own life. Very nice man with three awesome sons. Obviously it was a total shock to all who knew him.
