I have a good story for the guys who want to start drifting but have a very low budget. Our friend Bryan Young after being absent from the drift scene for almost 4 years just decided to get a little bone stock Miata, welded the differential and just go and give everything the car had. A stock and old suspension, stock engine, a bolt on single loop roll bar, exhaust and a pair of googley eyes was enough for him to achieve 1st place at a mini competition at Phoenix Import Face Off 2014 this past weekend!!! He is a true hero and inspiration for all those beginners who cant afford coilovers and wheels and turbos and tires. Just grab your car and drive it as hard as you can, give it all on every run, learn the technique and master it. Now get back to the garage, get that hooptie back together and drive every single event that you can. Keep it in the track and keep it sideways!
