I have a listing that another agent made an offer on. First he had another agent pose as the buyer, but I recognized him and called him on it. Then he proceeded to place harassing phone calls to me. Then he talked to my broker (how do you think that went?? LMAO). THEN he came in and harassed my sweet newbie at an open house, THEN he left a postcard soliciting business!!! Hahaha. Do you think his offer got accepted? Hmmm. After I told the seller this, she said, that guy came to my door and wanted to list my house.
