I have a little exercise for you~ via the happiness project..... Ok, sit with your feet firmly planted on the floor now make two fists and rest them on your knees....close your eyes and clench your fists as tight as you can for about 30 sec give or take....THIS is all the stuff that you are holding on to that is making you unhappy. Then take a DEEP breath and now open those hands, it feels good doesnt it? And, when your hands are open guess what? Now you can receive!!!!!!! You can do this everyday! ~namaste
