I have a love/hate relationship with what I am about to do over the next 3 weeks. The Ultimate Reset was the body detox/cleanse I did last year in March where I lost nearly 15 pounds and kicked a nine year dependence on the acid reflux medicine, Nexium. I hated life during the reset but felt so incredible afterwards and still dont take Nexium (before the reset I had to take it daily). Ya I still occasionally get heartburn but it is easily taken care of with tums now and rarely occurs. So if I am not my cheerful self over the next 3 weeks that is probably a big part of it but it will be worth it in the end. Cant wait to feel clean and healthy again, especially after two weeks on spring break and in Vegas, eating and drinking far too much. Will post updates each week on how it is going.
