I have a lovely treat for you beautiful sunday bunch! This week I have a prior commitment and cannot teach the class, but am delighted to leave you in the incredibly capable hands of Stephen Buss. (My teacher and total guru on all things yogic and bendy!) Even if you dont normally come to sundays, please take the opportunity to do this one off class. There are genuinely no other teachers out there that come close. Stephen is highly experienced, qualified and knowledgeable, and anyone whos experienced his classes will agree with me that he has a rare and unique understanding of bodies(!) minds and yoga.
